Case studies
Piling · BIM · 4D / 5D
StructPro delivered the BIM (LOD 400/500), 4D/5D and shop drawings for the piling works of the Mukaab District, part of the New Murabba development in Riyadh, with HSSG Foundation Contracting LLC. The project involved complex piling and substructure works delivered under a fully BIM-driven framework, with ISO 19650-compliant BIM processes supporting planning, coordination, construction and handover.
Our scope covered the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), coordinated LOD 400 construction models for piling and associated substructure elements, and detailed shop drawings. The models were progressively updated to LOD 500 to reflect verified site conditions and finalised as-built documentation for digital handover. 4D simulations linked the construction sequence to the programme, to visualise the piling works and monitor progress against baseline schedules.
Status: the piling works were completed. The project was suspended after completion of the piling works.

Shura Island is the hub island of the Red Sea Project on Saudi Arabia’s west coast, covering approximately 5.6 km² in a 92-island archipelago. We produced BIM models for hotels, restaurants and a luxury villa, supported by coordination and clash detection, 4D construction and drawings.
On Laheq Island, Red Sea Global’s first residential-focused island, we produced a structural BIM model and detail drawings.
Structural design · Steel
Steel structural design for the Inter Provincial Joint Check Posts in Punjab, Pakistan, developed in collaboration with a leading contractor for the Government of Punjab. Large cantilevers of 8 m and 5.5 m were handled through value engineering.
